Singapore, 12 September 2018 – The service counter of the Accounting and Corporate
Regulatory Authority (ACRA) is now located at the new Taxpayer and Business
Service Centre in Revenue House. The counter is located with those of the Inland
Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), SME Centre1 and CorpPass. The co-location
of these service counters is in line with on-going efforts to serve citizens and
businesses better, as “One Public Service”.

Business customers can now enjoy an integrated service experience as they
no longer have to go to different locations when they need assistance from these
agencies. At Revenue House, businesses and companies can access the following
services:

Taxpayer and Business Service Centre (Level 1)

  • Business registration and company incorporation (general enquiries on setting up,
    managing and closing a business)
  • Tax matters (e.g. income tax, property tax, goods and services tax)
  • Application of CorpPass
  • Business advisory assistance for small and medium-sized enterprises

There are also self-help kiosks at the Centre for customers to access ACRA and IRAS’
e-services conveniently.

Business customers are encouraged to book an appointment with IRAS, ACRA,
SME Centre and CorpPass before visiting the Taxpayer and Business Service Centre.
The centre is open from Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 5.00pm, and from 8.00am
to 1.00pm on eve of Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year.
